Getting started

You need a browser, an e-mail address (Google, Microsoft or any other) and your own Claude account (an Anthropic subscription): the agent works on your behalf, on your account. Nothing to install.

1. Sign in to the client area

Open https://my.sysadmins.club. The sign-in page has four buttons: Google, Microsoft, Email and AD (the last one is for staff of companies on our domain). Pick the one you will always use: the account is tied to the e-mail address. Tick the consent box.

2. An environment in 5 minutes

On the main page press "Work in the browser". The environment takes 2-5 minutes to create; the page tells you when it is ready. With a company e-mail the environment lands in your company's space; with a personal one (gmail, outlook and so on) it lands in a separate personal space. Either way only you can see your environment.

Engineers: instead of the button you can pick "Windows" or "Mac/Linux" and run a single installer command - it installs VS Code and attaches the environment as a remote machine. Details: For engineers. Both paths lead to the same environment; VS Code can be added later from the "Computers" card.

3. Passkey

The browser window opens only with a passkey - Windows Hello, Touch ID, Face ID or a fingerprint on your device. First time: the "Passkey" card on the main page, "Add second factor", confirm with the device. On a phone the passkey is registered separately, from the phone.

4. Sign in to Claude

Open the window ("Open" on the "Environment in the browser" card). In the window settings (the gear) press "Sign in to Claude": a link opens, sign in to your Claude account and paste the code back into the window. This is done once.

5. The first task

Write in the chat what you would tell a colleague: "build one table out of these three files", "find the supplier's e-mail from October", "explain what this contract says about payment terms". A file into a message: the "File" button, Ctrl+V with a screenshot, or drag it into the chat.
