PRIVACY POLICY

1. Who we are

Personal data collected through the sysadmins.club website is processed by sole proprietor Artem Matviichuk ("we"). Contact for personal data matters: info@sysadmins.club.

2. What data we collect

• Data you provide yourself via the chat or e-mail: name, company, position, e-mail, the text of your request, a completed questionnaire.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, date and time of the request — in server logs and in visit statistics, for protection against attacks, diagnostics and counting visits.
• Cookies: only those required for the site to work (for example, language choice). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

3. Why we process it

• to answer your request and prepare an audit or a proposal;
• to conclude and perform a contract if you become our client;
• to protect the website against abuse and attacks.

We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.

4. Legal basis

Your consent (given before you send a request) and the need to conclude or perform a contract, including steps taken at your request before concluding it — items 1 and 3 of part one of Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".

5. Where the data is stored

On our servers in a data center in Prague (Czech Republic, European Union). The Czech Republic is a member of the European Economic Area and, under Article 29 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", provides an adequate level of protection.

6. Who we may share data with

• hosting providers (data centers) — only within technical maintenance, without access to the content;
• public authorities — only upon a lawful request and to the minimum extent necessary.

7. How long we keep data

• requests and correspondence, if no contract is concluded — up to 12 months;
• client data — for the term of the contract and the periods set out in it;
• server logs — up to 90 days.

8. Your rights

Under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" you have the right to:

• know what data about you is processed;
• request its correction or deletion;
• withdraw your consent;
• object to processing;
• lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or a court.

9. Data protection

Encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted storage, role-based access, two-factor authentication, access logging.
