Strikes on power plants and data centers, blackouts, lost connectivity, damaged equipment — for a business this means downtime and lost data.
A server in your office or in a Ukrainian data center is a risk you don't have to manage — you can simply remove it.
Protection from the consequences of war
- Data center in Prague, Czech Republic — Tier III reliability (certified by the Uptime Institute), redundant power and cooling, ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified.
- Standby sites in Germany, Lithuania, Spain and Poland — ISO 27001 certified data centers.
- Geographically separated backups — in two different countries. Even losing an entire site does not mean losing your data.
- Work from anywhere — staff connect from home, another city or abroad.
- Migration without stopping your business — on weekends or after hours, verified before switchover.
Protection from physical interference
An office search or servers and computers seized "for examination" for months — for a business that means a standstill, even when there are no claims against you. We make sure physical interference with your office does not stop your company.
- Nothing to seize in the office. Servers, databases and mail are in the data center in the Czech Republic; the office only has workstations.
- A seized computer does not stop work. The employee continues from another device within minutes: everything they work with is on the server, not on the desk.
- EU jurisdiction. Data is hosted in the Czech Republic and protected by European law, including the GDPR. Access is only possible through proper international legal procedure, not by carrying equipment out of your office.
- Encrypted data and connections. Disks and backups are encrypted; connections go only over secure channels.
- You control access. Any access can be revoked in one step — remotely, from anywhere.
- Raider attacks and pressure through "stopping your business" don't work — the infrastructure keeps running regardless of what happens in the office.

- Everyone sees only what they need — role-based access, no shared passwords, two-factor sign-in.
- An activity log that cannot be quietly changed — who did what, and when.

How we work
- 1. Questionnaire — you describe what you have now and what you need.
- 2. Risk audit — we send you an analysis: what is vulnerable and what we propose.
- 3. Agreements — an NDA before the audit, then a service agreement with a resource specification and a data processing agreement; a sample agreement is available below.
- 4. Migration — after hours, verified before switchover.
- 5. Support — we stay in touch, your infrastructure is monitored.
Transparency and guarantees
- NDA — before you share any data, even before the audit.
- Service agreement — price, scope of services and resources are fixed in the agreement and its specification.
- Data processing agreement under Ukrainian law and the GDPR.
- Technical support — during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00), response to a request within 2 hours.
- Backups — daily, kept for 14 days.
- Confidentiality — the terms of the agreement and information received are not disclosed while it is in force and for 5 years after.
- Termination — either party may terminate the agreement with 1 calendar month's notice.
- Exit plan — if you decide to leave, we hand over all your data (virtual machines, databases, files) and, once you confirm, delete our copies, including backups. This is a clause of the agreement.
