How much does it cost? Right now it is a free trial. Terms after the trial period are agreed separately.

Do I need a Claude subscription? Yes, the agent runs on your Anthropic account: any Claude subscription (Pro or Max) works, the limits are those of your plan. Other models (Gemini, GPT) are connected by arrangement.

I am not a programmer. Is this for me? Yes. The browser window is made for people without an IT background: you write the task in words, the agent does it. The terminal and VS Code are for engineers; you do not have to use them.

Can I use a phone? Yes, the same address in the phone browser; the phone's passkey (Face ID, fingerprint) is added from the "Passkey" card.

What does the agent see of my company? Only what you connected or sent to it. Connections to e-mail, Teams and company systems are made with your consent and can be switched off at any time.

Can it break something? Irreversible actions run only after your "Yes" to the specific command. Other people's data and the platform infrastructure are closed at the network level. Every action is logged.

Where do I keep passwords? Tell the agent "save the login and password for X" - it puts them into your personal vault. Do not write passwords into chats or files.

I wrote in the chat and the agent is silent. Check whether a "Yes/No" question is pending above; after 10 minutes without an answer it is dismissed. If the window is closed, the answer arrives by e-mail (the "E-mail me" box in settings).

The window asks me to sign in again. After 30 minutes without activity the session closes - that is protection. Sign in again the same way.

Can two people work in one environment? No, an environment is personal. A colleague gets their own in the same 5 minutes; shared files go through a repository or a company folder.

How do I delete the environment and the data? Write to us: the environment is stopped and the data deleted; take a copy of your files beforehand from the files panel (ZIP).
